Shipping & Delivery

We work in small, seasonal batches. Most orders ship once a month. You can expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks (depending on time of year).

Let us know as early as possible if you’re on a deadline — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Flat rate of $12 across North America (we currently do not ship to the United States, for reasons…)

Orders are packed by hand in Antigonish using eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

If something arrives broken or doesn’t show up, email us at salty@tidalsalt.ca and we’ll sort it out.

When will my order ship?

We ship once a month in small, hand-packed batches. If you need something urgently, let us know right away and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not right now. But if you’re in Antigonish and need something fast, send us a message — we’re pretty flexible.

Yes. We collect ocean water from the North Shore, filter it, and slowly evaporate it using sun and wind. Every pouch is finished and packed by hand.
